How Long After Surgery Can You Shower?

Key Takeaways:

  • Showering 24 hours after surgery can help fight infection and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Use warm soapy water, avoid scrubbing, and pat dry with a clean towel.
  • Access our Surgery Tool Kit PDF for more pre- and post-surgical tips.

Recovering from surgery can be challenging, and patients often wonder when they can shower to feel refreshed and clean. As a plastic surgeon in Tampa, FL, I frequently address this question. Here’s what you need to know about showering post-surgery to ensure a smooth and speedy recovery.

Why Showering 24 Hours After Surgery is Beneficial

Showering 24 hours after surgery is generally encouraged. This helps in several ways:

  1. Fighting Infection: Using warm soapy water helps cleanse the surgical area, reducing the risk of infection. Studies show that maintaining hygiene by showering can significantly lower infection rates.
  2. Improving Patient Satisfaction: Feeling clean can greatly improve your mood and overall satisfaction with the recovery process. Many patients report feeling much better after a shower.
  3. Speeding Up Recovery: A clean and infection-free surgical site heals faster, promoting a quicker return to normal activities.

How to Shower Safely

When you shower post-surgery, it’s crucial to follow specific guidelines to avoid complications:

  • Use Warm Soapy Water: Allow the water to drape over your body without scrubbing the surgical site.
  • Pat Dry: Use a clean towel to gently pat the area dry. Avoid rubbing, as this can irritate the incision.
  • Avoid Hot Water: Use warm water instead of hot to prevent drying out the skin and potentially harming the healing process.

Detailed Steps for Showering After Surgery

  1. Wait for 24 Hours: Ensure you wait at least 24 hours post-surgery before taking a shower.
  2. Prepare Your Shower Area: Make sure your shower is clean to avoid any bacteria coming into contact with your incision.
  3. Gently Cleanse: Stand under the warm water, allowing it to run over your body. Use mild soap if necessary, but do not apply it directly to the incision.
  4. Pat Dry: After your shower, use a clean, soft towel to pat the incision area dry. This helps prevent any irritation or damage to the healing tissue.
  5. Monitor for Signs of Infection: Keep an eye on the surgical site for any signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, or discharge. Contact your surgeon if you notice anything unusual.

Addressing Common Concerns

Will Showering Affect My Incision?
As long as you follow the guidelines, showering will not negatively impact your incision. In fact, it helps keep the area clean and promotes healing.

Can I Use Any Soap?
Use mild, unscented soap to avoid irritation. Harsh chemicals or fragrances can cause discomfort and hinder the healing process.

What If I Have Surgical Drains?
If you have surgical drains, consult with your surgeon on the best way to manage them while showering. Often, you may need to cover them with waterproof dressings or take extra care to avoid tugging on them.

Conclusion

Showering 24 hours after surgery is not only safe but also beneficial for your recovery. By following these simple steps, you can ensure a clean and infection-free healing process. For more detailed advice and guidelines, refer to our Surgery Tool Kit PDF.

Why Stackable Treatments Are A Game Changer

Key Takeaways:

  • Stackable treatments combine multiple procedures into a single surgery, reducing overall downtime and costs.
  • Popular combinations include breast and abdominal surgeries, often incorporating liposuction for comprehensive results.
  • While beneficial, stackable treatments do carry increased risks, which can be mitigated with careful planning and advanced techniques.

What Are Stackable Treatments?

If you’re looking to maximize your plastic surgery experience, stackable treatments might be the solution you’ve been seeking. As a plastic surgeon in Tampa, FL, I often recommend this approach to patients who want to achieve multiple aesthetic goals efficiently and effectively. Stackable treatments involve combining multiple procedures into a single surgery, reducing the overall downtime and costs associated with undergoing multiple separate operations.

Why Consider Stackable Treatments?

Many patients opt for stackable treatments to address various concerns simultaneously. This approach is particularly popular for procedures like the “mommy makeover” or “menopausal makeover,” which typically address the breasts, abdomen, and may incorporate liposuction. Combining these treatments is cost-effective, saving on facility and anesthesia fees, and ensures a more efficient recovery with less overall downtime.

How Do Stackable Treatments Work?

The process of stackable treatments is tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals. Here are some common combinations:

  • Breast and Lateral Chest Wall or Arms: This could include an arm lift with breast augmentation or reduction, and liposuction of the arms and chest wall.
  • Stomach and Waistline: Commonly paired procedures include a tummy tuck with liposuction of the waistline, often referred to as Lipo 360, and sometimes a medial thigh lift.

By combining these treatments, patients can achieve a more harmonious and comprehensive result.

What Are the Benefits of Stackable Treatments?

Cost Efficiency
One of the main advantages of stackable treatments is cost efficiency. By undergoing multiple procedures in a single surgery, patients can save significantly on costs related to the surgical facility, anesthesia, and other associated fees.

Reduced Downtime
Another major benefit is reduced downtime. Recovering from multiple surgeries separately can be time-consuming and challenging. Stackable treatments allow patients to consolidate their recovery period, making it easier to return to normal activities sooner.

Comprehensive Results
Stackable treatments enable a more comprehensive approach to body contouring and aesthetic enhancement. By addressing multiple areas simultaneously, patients can achieve a more balanced and proportional look.

Understanding the Risks

While stackable treatments offer many benefits, it’s important to understand the associated risks. Combining multiple procedures can increase the length of surgery and the potential for complications such as infection and blood clots. However, these risks can be mitigated through careful planning and advanced surgical techniques.

The Consultation Process

The journey to achieving your desired look with stackable treatments begins with a thorough consultation. It’s crucial to find a plastic surgeon who understands your goals and can communicate effectively with you. During the consultation, we will discuss your aesthetic objectives and evaluate your anatomy to create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs.

Stackable treatments offer a powerful way to achieve multiple aesthetic goals in a single surgery. By combining procedures, patients can benefit from cost savings, reduced downtime, and comprehensive results. However, it’s essential to work with an experienced plastic surgeon who can guide you through the process and ensure the best possible outcomes.

If you’re considering stackable treatments and want to learn more about how they can help you achieve your dream body, I invite you to schedule a consultation with me at Politis Plastic Surgery. Together, we can develop a plan that fits your lifestyle and aesthetic goals.

How Long Do Breast Implants Last?

Key Takeaways:

  • Breast implants are not lifetime devices; they typically last between 10 to 20 years.
  • Advances in implant manufacturing and comprehensive FDA guidelines have improved the safety and tracking of breast implants.
  • Regular consultations with a board-certified plastic surgeon are essential to manage and monitor breast implants over time.

As a board-certified plastic surgeon in Tampa, FL, I frequently receive questions about the longevity of breast implants. Many of my patients are curious about how long they can expect their implants to last and what factors might influence their lifespan. It’s essential to understand that while breast implants are durable medical devices, they are not designed to last a lifetime.

Are Breast Implants Permanent?

Breast implants are not lifetime devices. Advances in medical technology have significantly improved the safety and durability of implants, but they will eventually need to be replaced. According to the FDA, breast implants typically last between 10 and 20 years. Various factors, including the type of implant, your body’s reaction, and lifestyle, can influence this timeframe.

What Influences the Lifespan of Breast Implants?

Several factors can affect how long breast implants last:

  • Implant Type: Silicone and saline implants have different properties that can influence their longevity. Silicone implants tend to feel more natural, but both types are subject to wear and tear over time.
  • Body Changes: Pregnancy, weight fluctuations, and aging can impact the appearance and feel of your implants, potentially necessitating replacement or adjustment.
  • Capsular Contracture: This condition, where scar tissue forms around the implant, can cause discomfort and changes in appearance, leading to the need for revision surgery.
  • Rupture or Leakage: Implants can rupture due to trauma or simply over time. Regular monitoring can help detect these issues early.

The Role of FDA Guidelines and New Recommendations

In October 2021, the FDA implemented new recommendations regarding breast implants. These guidelines were developed with input from surgeons, advocacy groups, and scientists to enhance patient safety and awareness. One significant update was the introduction of a black box warning on implants, indicating that they are not lifetime devices.

Patients are now provided with a comprehensive patient decision checklist, ensuring they are fully informed about the potential risks and benefits of breast implants. This checklist is part of a broader effort to improve transparency and patient education. Additionally, implant information is entered into a database, and patients are given tools, such as an app, to track their implants.

The Importance of Regular Check-Ups

Seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon for regular check-ups is crucial for monitoring the condition of your breast implants. During these visits, we can assess the integrity of the implants and discuss any changes you may have noticed. Regular imaging, such as MRI or ultrasound, can help detect issues like silent ruptures in silicone implants.

What to Expect if You Need a Replacement

If your implants need to be replaced, the process is similar to the initial augmentation surgery. During the procedure, we remove the old implants and insert new ones. The surgery can also address any changes in your breast tissue or shape. It’s an opportunity to update the size or type of implant if desired.

Enhancing Longevity and Maintenance

To maximize the lifespan of your breast implants, consider the following tips:

  • Maintain a Stable Weight: Significant weight changes can affect the appearance and positioning of your implants.
  • Follow Post-Surgery Care Instructions: Proper care after your initial surgery can help prevent complications.
  • Stay Informed: Keep track of new developments in breast implant technology and guidelines.

Final Thoughts

Understanding the lifespan of breast implants and the factors that influence their longevity is essential for anyone considering or already having implants. At Politis Plastic Surgery, we are committed to providing our patients with the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their breast health.

The Art and Precision of Tummy Tuck: Re-creating the Belly Button

Key Takeaways:

  • The formation of the belly button is a vital step in achieving natural-looking tummy tuck results.
  • Dr. Effie Politis of Politis Plastic Surgery showcases the meticulous process of recreating the belly button, emphasizing the significance of preserving its originality.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to achieving harmonious results are paramount at Politis Plastic Surgery in Tampa, FL.

Have you ever thought about the little details that make a world of difference when it comes to plastic surgery? One of these crucial elements is the formation of the belly button during a tummy tuck. Let’s delve into this intricate process, as explained by a leading plastic surgeon in Tampa, FL, Dr. Effie Politis.

Natural Results: More than Just a Flatter Abdomen

When you opt for a tummy tuck, you’re not just seeking a flatter abdomen; you desire a natural-looking result. This means every feature of your tummy, including the belly button, should look untouched, as if you were born with it. The belly button, small yet significant, becomes a central focus in the tummy tuck procedure.

Behind the Scenes: Dr. Politis’ Technique

In a recent Instagram post, Dr. Politis gave a sneak peek into how this is achieved. The process begins with a small incision around your existing belly button, ensuring the stalk (the base) remains untouched. As the skin is pulled downwards, the original place of the belly button might get lost. A new opening is artfully and meticulously created for the belly button. With delicate precision, it’s sewn into place, ensuring a natural look and secure positioning.

Why Choose Politis Plastic Surgery

It’s the dedication to these subtle details that makes Politis Plastic Surgery stand out. If you’ve been searching for a plastic surgeon in Tampa, FL, who understands the importance of maintaining the genuine essence of your features while enhancing your overall look, Dr. Effie Politis is the one.

Your body is a masterpiece, and even the tiniest details, like the formation of a belly button, matter. Trust in the hands that value precision, aesthetics, and your natural beauty.

Who is the Ideal Candidate for a Tummy Tuck?

Key Takeaways:

  1. Ideal candidate for a tummy tuck have noticeable excess skin/fat around the abdomen, lack abdominal muscle tone, and don’t have underlying medical conditions.
  2. Candidates must have realistic expectations and motivations for surgery, and understand potential risks.
  3. Consult with a qualified plastic surgeon for an appropriate personalized assessment.

When contemplating plastic surgery, one must be discerning—equally as vital as choosing the perfect outfit for a gala or the right wine for an intimate dinner. A tummy tuck, or as it’s more classically known, an abdominoplasty, is no different. This particular procedure aims to contour and reshape your abdomen, giving you the sleek, flat stomach that diet and exercise alone sometimes fail to achieve. However, understanding who is the ideal candidate for a tummy tuck is key, just as it is crucial to understand whether you’d prefer Merlot or Chardonnay.

Physical Metrics: More Than Skin Deep

Just as you wouldn’t recommend a heavy Cabernet to a light white wine drinker, not everyone is the ideal candidate for a tummy tuck. Physically, those who benefit most tend to have noticeable excess skin and fat around their abdomen – what some might refer to as an “apron.” Furthermore, these individuals often experience a lack of abdominal muscle tone, a key factor contributing to the desired flat stomach look. However, it’s also important that they don’t have underlying medical conditions that could increase surgical risks, just like one wouldn’t offer a strong bourbon to a teetotaler.

The Emotional Sommelier: Realistic Expectations and Motivations

Much like how every knowing sip of a vintage acknowledges the limitations of its body and notes, ideal candidates must also understand the limitations of a tummy tuck. They must be mentally prepared, holding realistic expectations that it is not a panacea for all abdominal issues. Moreover, their motivations must be untampered by forces external to their personal desire. Uncompelled by societal pressures or influences, their motivation should be as pure as the grapes in a celebrated vineyard.

The Health Assessment: A Fine-Tuned Palate

Ensuring that you meet the medical criteria for a tummy tuck is much like making sure your palate is ready for the symphony of flavors a fine wine offers. Your overall health is thoroughly assessed, screening for conditions that may add unwanted notes or textures to the surgical outcome. Additionally, your body mass index (BMI) is evaluated, comparable to checking the balance of acidity and tannins in wine—it’s about being within the right range.

The Risks: Every Wine Has Its Thorn

Just as every bottle of wine carries the potential bitterness of being corked, tummy tucks also come with potential risks. These may include infections, bleeding, or scarring. Therefore, having a skilled and experienced plastic surgeon, like a sommelier with a discerning nose, is essential to navigate these potential pitfalls.

The Alternatives: From Cabernet to Chardonnay

Sometimes, tummy tucks might not constitute the best fit for a given situation. Like a sommelier suggesting an alternative to a Cabernet, non-surgical alternatives such as liposuction or body contouring might be more suitable in certain cases.

Your Bespoke Wine: The Perfect Fit

Now that we’ve journeyed through the winery of abdominoplasty, it’s time to recap. The ideal candidate is someone who is physically and mentally fit, who holds their own motivations and realistic expectations for surgery, and who understands potential risks.

However, just as a wine’s taste reflects the land, weather, and care from which it originates, so too does each tummy tuck case reflect the unique individual. Therefore, one should always consult with a qualified plastic surgeon for an appropriate personalized assessment. In Tampa, Dr. Effie Politis of Politis Plastic Surgery has the precision and artistry of a master sommelier, providing unique, tailored approaches to each individual’s needs. So here’s a toast to you, your journey to a flat stomach, and to finding your perfect fit in a tummy tuck.

Liposuction Recovery – Tips and Insights from Dr. Effie Politis

Key Takeaways:

  1. Liposuction is about sculpting and refining, not solely about weight or fat loss.
  2. Post-operative care for liposuction often involves the use of compression garments to facilitate healing, as well as massage therapy to reduce swelling and improve circulation.
  3. The liposuction recovery process can take up to 12 months, but patients can expect to see noticeable changes as early as within three months.

In the complex field of body contouring, liposuction has emerged as a highly popular and effective procedure. Yet, many individuals hesitate at its mention, largely due to misconceptions about the process and recovery timeline. Dr. Effie Politis, a leading plastic surgeon in Tampa, Florida, seeks to dispel those myths and provide a clearer understanding of what liposuction entails.

Liposuction: More Than Just Fat Reduction

“Liposuction needs to be performed very strategically,” advises Dr. Politis. Contrary to popular perception, liposuction isn’t solely about weight or fat loss – it’s about sculpting and refining. “There is fat reduction in key areas,” she acknowledges, but emphasizes that the focus is on optimizing the contouring of the patient’s body.

Preparing for Liposuction

As with any surgical procedure, the preoperative phase is just as crucial as the surgery itself. The team at Politis Plastic Surgery ensures patients have realistic expectations. “It’s not a very painful procedure, but it is quite a long recovery,” says Dr. Politis. The acknowledgment of the recovery phase plays a significant role in the patient’s decision-making process and subsequent satisfaction with the procedure.

Postoperative Care and Recovery

Postoperative care for liposuction usually involves the use of compression garments to facilitate healing. Dr. Politis adds, “Some patients require massage therapy or lymphatic massage, what we call them.” This therapy aids in reducing swelling and improving circulation for quicker recovery. Not everyone will require drainage or catheters – it is largely dependent on the area treated.

The Long Road to Recovery

Undoubtedly, the recovery process for liposuction demands patience. “The recovery overall, to be honest with you, is nine to 12 months,” Dr. Politis explains. However, the fruits of this patience are rewarding. Although the process may be extended, patients can expect to see noticeable changes almost immediately. “You can start seeing results at least within three months,” she assures.

Hi, my name is Dr. Effie Politis with Politis Plastic Surgery. Liposuction needs to be performed again very strategically and it needs to be the patients we typically counsel them preoperatively of what to expect. So it’s not a very painful procedure, but it is quite a long recovery. So again, we’re not using this for fat or weight loss. There is fat reduction in key areas, but we put the patients postoperatively in garments to help compress everything. Some patients require massage therapy or lymphatic massage, what we call them. Most of the patients don’t require any drainage or catheters. It just depends on the area and where we’re doing it, but again, it’s usually an adjunct to open surgery, whether it be breast or abdomen. The recovery overall, to be honest with you, is nine to 12 months, but you can start seeing results immediately, at least within three months.

Discovering A New Perspective

I’ve scrolled through countless before-and-after photos on various platforms, each portraying its own unique journey of transformation. But there was one transformation from Politis Plastic Surgery in Tampa, FL that truly captivated me. Dr. Effie Politis, the eminent plastic surgeon in Tampa, FL behind these awe-inspiring results, has been heralded for her meticulous work and dedication to patient satisfaction.

Why Opt for Breast Reduction?

It’s a question that crossed my mind as I delved deeper into this particular post. The patient, a vibrant 34-year-old woman with a stature of 5’7” and 175 lbs, wasn’t just seeking an aesthetic change. For her, it was about embracing a size that seamlessly aligned with her frame, emphasizing her natural curves, and eliminating the distraction that came with a larger chest. But it was more than just about appearance; it was also a stride towards a healthier, more comfortable lifestyle.

The Holistic Approach: More than Just Reduction

The procedure mentioned wasn’t solely a breast reduction. Dr. Politis also incorporated axillary liposuction, showcasing her holistic approach to body contouring. The caption eloquently coined it as giving “more real estate to the stomach.” This dual procedure helped in highlighting the patient’s abdomen and waistline, further enhancing her overall physique.

The Outcome

The results spoke volumes. Through the expertise at Politis Plastic Surgery, the patient achieved a transformative aesthetic that she had envisioned for herself. It wasn’t just about reducing; it was about sculpting, refining, and emphasizing her inherent beauty.

What Areas Can Liposuction Target and Is It Permanent?

Key Takeaways:

  1. Liposuction can target multiple areas of the body including the abdomen, thighs, hips, arms, and chin/neck.
  2. Liposuction is not a permanent solution, but maintaining a healthy lifestyle and close contact with a surgeon can help ensure long-term results.
  3. Consulting with a qualified plastic surgeon is important for personalized advice and guidance.

We live in an age of more: more information, more options, more ways to shape and mold our bodies to fit our unique visions of ourselves. Liposuction, a surgical procedure that removes excess fat, has emerged as a popular solution for body contouring. But like any good thing, understanding its application and permanence is crucial. So, what areas can liposuction target and is it a permanent solution?

Target Areas of Liposuction: Sculpting Your Unique Vision

You’ve probably wondered, “What parts of the body can benefit from liposuction?” The answer might surprise you.

Abdomen and Waist: From Flab to Fabulous

The abdomen and waist are magnets for stubborn fat. Liposuction here removes excess fat, giving you a more defined waistline. Yes, say goodbye to those love handles and hello to a sleeker silhouette.

Thighs: From Stubborn to Sculpted

Thighs can be a trouble spot. A surplus of fat here can resist diet and exercise. But, fear not. Liposuction can reduce stubborn fat, enhancing your overall thigh contour and boosting your confidence.

Hips and Buttocks: Balance and Volume in All the Right Places

Liposuction can also sculpt the hips into a balanced silhouette and enhance the shape and size of the buttocks. If you’ve been dreaming of a more proportionate figure, liposuction may be your answer.

Arms: Toned Not Tormented

Upper arms often accumulate fat leading to a flabby appearance. Liposuction targets this area, eliminating excess fat and helping you achieve toned and defined arms. Wave goodbye with confidence.

Chin and Neck: Neck-Reveal in Progress

Unwanted fat under the chin and in the neck area can be off-putting. Liposuction can remove this fat, enhancing your profile and reducing the appearance of a double chin.

Permanence of Liposuction: The Long Game

So, is liposuction permanent? Not technically. Liposuction removes excess fat but it doesn’t reduce fat cells. This means that weight gain can still occur post-surgery, compromising your results.

Factors to Keep in Mind: Keep it Toned

Several factors can affect the long-term results of liposuction. Weight fluctuations, lifestyle choices, and the aging process may interfere with your desired outcome. But, maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise, and following post-liposuction care instructions can help ensure long-lasting results. Remember, liposuction is a tool for contouring, not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle.

Get Personal: Your Body, Your Rules

Every body is unique. If you’re considering liposuction, consult with a qualified plastic surgeon for personalized advice and guidance.

Conclusion: Liposuction's Promise

In conclusion, liposuction is a versatile solution for body contouring. It can target multiple areas including the abdomen, thighs, hips, arms, and the chin and neck area. While not technically permanent, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and keeping in close contact with your surgeon plays a crucial role in ensuring the longevity of your results.

Dr. Effie Politis on Facial Rejuvenation – Restoring Youthful Aesthetics

Key Takeaways:

  1. Facial rejuvenation is a broad category that can involve both invasive and non-invasive procedures tailored to individual needs.
  2. Non-surgical methods such as toxins and fillers can achieve impressive results, and biostimulators can promote natural collagen growth.
  3. Dr. Effie Politis of Politis Plastic Surgery offers a comprehensive suite of facial rejuvenation procedures designed to provide the best aesthetic outcomes.

In your pursuit of eternal youth and timeless beauty, your path may lead you to the office of a plastic surgeon in Tampa, Florida, where you encounter Dr. Effie Politis. With an artful approach to plastic surgery, Dr. Politis has earned a sterling reputation for her mastery of facial rejuvenation.

The Broad Scope of Facial Rejuvenation

Facial rejuvenation is a broad category…” Dr. Politis begins, pulling back the curtain on the complexities of this aesthetic realm. It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution, rather an intricate tailoring process—a ‘beauty plan’— drafted to suit each individual’s unique needs and desires.

Dr. Politis explains, there are two distinct groups of patients: surgical candidates and non-surgical candidates. The former seeks invasive procedures involving the resection of skin and recontouring of the neck. They typically desire a comprehensive lift, addressing the lower face and neck, supplemented with panfacial fat grafting to combat volume loss.

The Power of Non-Surgical Interventions

However, not everyone wishing to restore their youthful aesthetics needs to go under the knife. As per Dr. Politis, “The other cohort of patients are the non-surgical patients or patients that really don’t want surgery at this time because of the downtime or other needs.” For such individuals, remarkable advancements in non-surgical methodologies and materials have made it possible to achieve impressive results.

Toxins and fillers have emerged as game-changers in facial rejuvenation. The market is teeming with brands such as Javu, Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport, of which Dr. Politis is well-versed.

“With this technology and understanding the physics and what’s called the rheology behind fillers, we are able to achieve sculpting of the face with certain fillers and achieve shaping of the face with other fillers.”

Biostimulators and Hyaluronic Acid-Based Fillers

Delving deeper into the science of non-surgical facial rejuvenation, Dr. Politis introduces us to biostimulators, which are non-hyaluronic acid-based fillers that promote the patient’s own collagen growth for long-lasting results.

But when she wants to ‘reinflate’ certain areas – specifically those affected by aging-induced fat pad descent and deflation – Dr. Politis finds hyaluronic acid fillers to be the perfect solution. They work well in delicate areas like under the eye, around the jaws, nose, mouth, and lips.

The Final Touch: Toxins

In the masterful hands of Dr. Politis, toxins like Botox become the final delicate brushstroke on the canvas of facial rejuvenation. They complement the effects of the fillers, blending in to create a refreshed, naturally youthful appearance.

Politis Plastic Surgery: A Haven of Aesthetic Excellence

In conclusion, the journey to restoring youthful aesthetics is not a solitary one. It is a journey undertaken in tandem with a skilled plastic surgeon like Dr. Effie Politis of Politis Plastic Surgery in Tampa.
