Morpheus8’s advanced fractional device offers programmable penetration depth and energy delivery, targeting fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and overall skin tone. Its 24 coated pins delicately penetrate subdermal tissue, coagulating fat and contracting connective tissue for a transformative effect. Simultaneously, directional RF (radiofrequency) energy generates heating in the dermis, ensuring a comprehensive solution for your skin concerns.
RESULTS, RECOVERY, FREQUENCY
You can expect a 1-2 day recovery time with Morpheus 8, however, there is no downtime required. The length of your result is dependent upon your lifestyle. For example, patients who lead a healthy lifestyle and protect their skin from the sun will enjoy their tighter, healthier appearance for the long-term.
To achieve the best results, we recommend 2-3 sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Immediately after a Morpheus8 treatment, most patients will experience erythema (redness) for 1-3 days, however for more aggressive treatments this may last longer.
You can expect slight to moderate edema (swelling) and a mild to moderate sunburn sensation that can last 1-3 days.
Your skin may crust and peel for 2-7 days depending on treatment settings.

THE AFTER
PRE-OP INSTRUCTIONS
A numbing prescription will be sent to you. Apply it 90 minutes before your appointment.
POST-OP INSTRUCTIONS
Before discharge a topical ointment may be applied to the face, no bandages or wraps are necessary.
There are no restrictions on bathing except to treat the skin gently, avoid scrubbing or trauma to the treated area.
Avoid sun exposure to reduce the chance of hyperpigmentation.
The use of a zinc oxide sun block SPF 30+ at all times after 24-48 hours.
Multiple treatments over a period of several months may be required to achieve the desired response.
