Jaime Hill, RN, MSN

Practice Coordinator & Manager

Jaime Hill is a Registered Nurse whose career has been devoted to women’s health and patient advocacy. She brings a steady, compassionate presence to the practice, ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their care. Jaime earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University. Her leadership helps maintain the high-touch, concierge-level experience that defines Politis Plastic Surgery.

Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband of over two decades and their two adult sons. Family time and balance are central to her life and the warmth she brings to patient care.

Ania de Diego, LPN

Clinical Coordinator

Ania de Diego brings over 20 years of experience in women’s health across acute and community healthcare settings. She is passionate about patient education and coordinated care, ensuring that every individual feels engaged and well-informed throughout their surgical journey. Ania’s attentive, reassuring approach helps patients feel comfortable and cared for at every stage.

When she’s not at work, Ania enjoys being outdoors with her family, especially biking and spending time at the beach.

Margie Betances

Surgical & Scheduling Coordinator

With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Margie Betances ensures every patient’s surgical and scheduling experience is smooth, organized, and stress-free. She is known for her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to make patients feel supported from the very first call. Margie plays a key role in maintaining the practice’s seamless flow and patient-first approach.

Outside the office, Margie enjoys spending time with her family and visiting theme parks, sharing the same enthusiasm and positivity she brings to our patients each day.

Jasmine Larson

Healthcare Assistant

Jasmine Larson has over 12 years of experience supporting patients in surgical and clinical settings, including women’s reproductive health, fertility medicine, breast oncology, and plastic surgery. Her diverse background allows her to assist patients with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Jasmine is deeply committed to patient comfort and continually expanding her knowledge within the medical field.

Jasmine enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors with her two dogs, and traveling to Colorado to visit friends and family. She especially treasures her role as an aunt to four children.

Alex Clonts

Marketing Specialist

Alex Clonts brings more than eight years of experience in digital marketing within the beauty and aesthetics space. Her role focuses on connecting patients with clear, educational content that aligns with Politis Plastic Surgery's values and care philosophy. Alex helps ensure the practice’s voice feels authentic, informative, and approachable.

Born and raised in Tampa, Alex values time with her Italian Cuban family, enjoying shared meals and traditions. She also loves traveling, relaxing at the beach, and watching her husband surf at destinations around the world.
