Meet The Team
Dr. Effie Politis
Dr. Politis is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Tampa, FL and specializes in comprehensive face and body aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, as well as minimally invasive rejuvenation. A graduate of the University of Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Politis trained under some of the country’s leading and most innovative experts in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. As a past Associate Professor under the University of South Florida Department of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Politis mentored and trained resident physicians in all areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Politis has received several academic awards for her leadership and contributions to the education of future physicians.
Her special interests are cosmetic surgery of the face and body, and reconstructive surgery for breast and skin cancer.
Jaime Hill, RN
Practice Coordinator/Manager
Jaime Hill is a Registered Nurse who has dedicated her life to caring for those in need. Her nursing career has been centered around Women’s Health and she is passionate about empowering women and their families through their healthcare journey.
Jaime attended Barry University College of Nursing where she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2001. She went on to attend Jacksonville University where she achieved a Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2014.
Jaime has two adult sons and a loving husband of 24 years. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family.
Ania deDiego, LPN
Clinical Coordinator
Ania has over 20 years experience dedicated to Women’s Health in acute and community healthcare settings.
Educating and coordination of care for the patient are passions of hers professionally.
Ania wants to ensure that all patients feel engaged and cared for.
In her free time, Ania enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Especially bike rides and spending time at the beach.
Margie Betances
Surgical and Scheduling Coordinator
Margie brings over 30 years of healthcare knowledge and expertice to our practice. She prides herself on ensuring that our patients have a seamless scheduling experience.
Margie is always quick to offer a beautiful smile and supportive words to anyone she meets.
Outside of work, Margie enjoys spending time with her family and she loves theme parks.

Jillian Brandt
Medical Esthetician
Jillian Brandt is an award winning Medical Esthetician. From 2000 – 2004, she owned and operated J. Wagener Esthetician Services, LLC. During this time, she became a certified instructor in Microdermabrasion and was nominated for the United Way Volunteer of the Year award.
Jillian Brandt is the owner and primary medical esthetician of Flawless Faces, a boutique medi-spa specializing in customized experiences and personalized skin consultation.
