What It Is

Skin Spanx is a total skin-tightening treatment. It combines Morpheus8, for microneedling and radiofrequency technology, and Botox, for its wrinkle and muscle relaxing capabilities, to bring your skin back in time. Bonus: the combination of these two treatments will help in stopping hand and armpit sweating and relax the platysmal bands of the neck.

How It’s Done

Morpheus8

It works by using a fractional device with programmable penetration depth and energy delivery for the treatment of fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, and general skin tone. The 24 coated pins penetrate into the subdermal tissue, coagulating the fat and contracting connective tissue. Simultaneously, directional RF energy generates bulk sub-necrotic heating in the dermis.

Botox

A small amount of the neuromodulator is injected directly into the underlying muscle, causing it to relax and gradually smooth out the appearance of the overlying skin.
