We’re able to offer quite a few services now under local anesthesia whereas we used to do all of these under general anesthesia which inherently has a little bit of a risk. Some of these smaller procedures we can do in our office. So what does that involve; we can do scar reductions in the office or scar revisions, we can do earlobe cleft earlobe repairs or elongated earlobe repairs. Blepharoplasty which means upper lid skin and some fat resection. In the office brow lifts which are often paired with the Blepharoplasty all in the office. We can also do mini face lifts in the office, we also offer something called a silhouette insta-lift, which is threads a type of threading that uses a sculpture and a barbed material to kind of lift the tissue all in the office. So we can certainly get patients to a weakened or rejuvenated look just through local anesthesia in our office.
